RETURN PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS


We would like to ensure that you have the best customer expereince while visiting shop.diesel.com, so we defined a quick and easy return policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item purchased on our store within 30 days from the date the order was placed.

Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging.

Products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time and must be shipped from the United States.

Use the pre-paid return shipping label or your own standard return shipping.
 

PRE-PAID RETURN SHIPPING


If you prefer to use your own shipping method to complete your return, please ship your return items to:

For a convenient return of products purchased on shop.diesel.com, use the pre-paid return label available on your original packing documentation. Complete the form on your packing slip and enclose it with the merchandise that you want to return. If you do not include the completed return form, we will be unable to process your return. No postage is require. Just stick the pre-paid return label on the package and drop it at the closest UPS or USPS location.

Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit in your original form of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days to process your return. Your credit card will show the credit in one to two billing cycles.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Tracking number is displayed on the pre-paid return label. Keep it to monitor the delivery status.

  • Complete and attach the form available on the original packing slip and include it in the return package.
  • All products must be unworn, unused with tags still attached.
  • Securely repackage your item(s) in the original shipping box if possible, if not use appropriate packaging for shipment.  
  • The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the order being placed to ensure proper credit.

Merchandise returned to shop.diesel.com will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment and your financial institution may take longer (one to two billing cycles) to reflect the transaction.  Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.  

If you choose your own return shipping method, all return shipping charges must be pre-paid. DIESEL cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via UPS for tracking purposes. Please be sure to request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. DIESEL will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged. Shipping charges for returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility.

NOTES:


  • We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time
  • Vintage, Beachwear, Underwear and any items from sample and charity sales are final. From time to time, we may designate other merchandise as non-returnable, as well. Any such designation will be noted on the product page of non-returnable products.
  • Send your return from the same country in which you placed your order. We are not able to accept returns from different countries.
