CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

As soon as we receive your returned products and confirm that all of the conditions have been met (read full Return Conditions), we will acknowledge by email that your return has been accepted.

The refund will be requested within 24 hours on the same card used to pay for the order and in the same currency.

Refund times will depend on the card company’s policies and local banking procedures.

PAYPAL REFUNDS

As soon as we receive your returned products and confirm that all of the conditions have been met (read full Return Conditions), we will acknowledge by email that your return has been accepted.

The refund will be issued within 24 hours to the same PayPal account used to pay for the order and in the same currency. The refunded amount should be visible in PayPal within 24 hours.

CASH ON DELIVERY REFUNDS

Cash on Delivery orders can only be refunded through wire transfer. We will ask you for the account number when you request your return.

As soon as we receive your returned products and confirm that all of the conditions have been met (read full Return Conditions), we will acknowledge by email that your return has been accepted and complete the wire transfer within 10 business days.

The timing required to see the refund in your account will depend on local banking procedures.
