SAFETY AND HYGIENE MEASURES

  • We’ve strengthened health and hygiene measure in our distribution center in line with advice from the World Health Organisation and the local authorities

  • We kindly ask for your understanding in case any delays in shipping occur since we’ve implemented a social distancing plan for teams operating in our distribution centers that may temporary slow processing

  • We are proactively working with our shipping partners in order to guarantee that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to

SERVICE LEVEL

  • Our Customer Service is regularly operating: If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact it

  • Extended and flexible return period: the returns period has been extended to 30 days
